3. Purchases in Our Store. As it pertains to Your use of the Store, You understand that Your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Store. Practitioner Disclaimer. The practitioners listed on our Sites are not Biosona employees or representatives.  While listed practitioners have successfully completed training offered by Biosona, we do not endorse or recommend any practitioner listed on our Sites. Biosona practitioners are required to follow applicable regulations and laws in their state, country or locality. We are not responsible for any actions taken by listed practitioners, and if You have any questions or concerns about the services received, please contact Your practitioner. We advise You to research and verify the credentials, experience, and qualifications of any practitioner listed on our website before using their services. Any information provided on our Sites is for informational purposes only.
13. Sites Disclaimer. THE SITES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Burlington, Vermont and You and Biosona consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
